Catuai from the Panamanian region of Boquete in Chiriquí grows at an altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level. This variety is prized for its stable, clean, and harmonious character, which in this lot is enhanced by washed processing and medium roasting. The cup reveals notes of milk chocolate, hazelnuts, and caramel, complemented by a medium body and a pleasantly balanced expression.
