What shipping options do you offer? We will deliver your order right to your door via courier service (PPL, GLS), or you can pick up your order at a selected Zásilkovna pickup point. We ship throughout the Czech Republic and to Slovakia.

How long will it take for my package to arrive? We always strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible. Typically, we dispatch coffee orders on business days within 72 hours of receiving payment in our account. So if you place an order on Friday afternoon and pay by bank transfer, your order may not be shipped until Wednesday of the following week.
If you want to receive your package as quickly as possible, we recommend paying online by card.
How will I know when the courier will deliver my package? When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link for your package on the carrier's website via email. The carrier will then contact you directly with the exact delivery time via email and SMS.
Do you ship internationally? In addition to the Czech Republic, we also ship to Slovakia. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to other countries.
